So i'm assuming you're not including any test result right now? - not getting any points for your spouse's IETLS, is that correct?

If so then you're fine, if you get an ITA your score if anything would be higher once you receive your spouse's results which is obviously not a cause for rejection.

You can proceed if such is the case.

If you get an ITA based on IETLS Academic results then that's misrepresentation.

You can change it but you have to be careful that your CRS doesn't fall below the cutoff score.

As you didn't answer my other questions there is nothing I can add.

Hey sorry about that.
Yes we didn't receive any points for her education or ielts or anything as she was non accompanied.
I only got ITA for points that were based on my qualification.
The thing that is strucking my mind is if we can make her accompany now after getting ITA?We got married before receiving ITA. My status is married in my express entry profile. I couldn't accompany her as we didnt had our Marriage certificate(It has to be applied after 8 weeks of marriage).
Thanks for replying. :)

Making the change is fine as your eligibility for the program which you were invited to won't be affected and the only thing that you have to be careful about is your CRS score.

You can explain in a LOE the reason for making the change as accompanying and the fact that you still meet the eligibility for your program (and i'm guessing with her IELTS results you'll still be above the cutoff score). Do not submit your application until you are sure that your CRS isn't lower than the cutoff score of the draw for which you were invited.

Be prepared to submit your marriage certificate.

You actually have until the first of June to make a decision so you don't have to decline the ITA now. I would sort out my wife's IELTS, get the marriage certificate and other documents ready, then recalculate my scores as advised by DelPiero. If you then have more points than the cutoff you can make the changes. If not, decline and reenter the pool. I'm sure you would be in the 430's+ so based on current trends you should be able to get another ITA.

All the best.

Attention,
Since you are married already, changing your wife back to accompanying might trigger following action:
1. if you do it before AOR, then you have to provide proof that you have enough points with her on the day you have received your ITA (meaning that her IELTS general and ECA must be valid on that day). If you do not have it, then your application can get cancelled (as you could not put down enough proof to cut over CRS score).
2. if you wait after AOR to add her and hope that it will not change the score, then by adding here you will be again caught to the point 1. recheck. Normally your CRS is fixed with AOR, but in this case adding her back later, might be seen as trying to walk around the system and if you cannot proof enough points, you might end up in misinterpretation.

I would not even suggest to keep that ITA if you want to include your spouse and if currently with her included you have less than min. ITA points required.

And not having a valid marriage certificate issued yet does not change the fact, that you were married at the moment of ITA.

You gave very valuable advice. Now i will wait for her IELTS results. But chances are that i will go for declining this ITA and wait for new one.
I am just little afraid if i will receive ITA In next draws in April. In case minimum score goes up.who knows.
Any further suggestions from you are most welcome.
Thanks again.

Yes. Now i will wait for her results and if it seems so complicated, i will decline this ITA.
Just afraid in case if score goes up in next draws.
