Wrote them a mail and got a reply within 4 hours, they're saying it's 0124...
what do you think about 0124? does it match with your profile? One thing is sure that your profile comes under some managerial role. So your NOC should start with zero. Well, why don't you take some help from Asivad... I think he should be able to guide you...

Got it
Thanks
I am preparing my profile now;
Do we need to notarize all translations or only translations are fine?
You are welcome. Translations should be notarized.

Does NOC has any effect on CRS points.

my understanding is 1 year experience will be counted regardless of job type ?

or it it a must that your job experience NOC matches the NOC of your education degree to get the points ?
Although NOC doesn't contribute directly to your CRS score (apart from the mandatorily requisite No. of years of experience) but Job experience Reference letter should be from any one of the NOC 0, A or B prescribed Job descriptions only.

Hence its crucial that the Roles & Responsibilities in the reference letter should be aligned to the one that is described (at least some key words) in the quoted NOC code.

Hope that clarifies...

CanadaWeCome - then how do people get rejected ... i see that those rejections lately were based on the same noc and people say they do that kind of job so it is logical that they did list duties assosiated with the noc description.
This is very strange ..

Sorry for your refusal.

This is uncanny! Second refusal of the day based on incorrect selection of the same NOC. You should've chosen NOC 0124/0621 for a generic sales/retail role rather than 6221. Look at your job responsibilities closely once again and choose the appropriate NOC. There is no point in asking for reassessment here. Create a fresh EE profile and get back into the pool.

I'm sure it is painful - I had a rejection on a silly technicality after waiting for 4 months and this must hurt even more than that did as it comes much later in the process. But you'll have to shrug it off and move ahead with life. Spend time with friends over the weekend and get this refusal out of your system so that you can start afresh on Monday.

Hang in there and All the best!
Yes, @Asiavad as uncanny and spooky as it may sound but hearing this, one thing/questions my mind keeps coming back to and unable to reconcile is that two people reporting rejections from the same NOC 6221(and on the same day) brings me to a conclusion that there must be something wrong with the descriptor of NOC 6221, that forced two random unconnected people from telecom background to commit the same mistake and thereby get rejected.

Isn't it worth thinking about and taking note of?

Notarizing is not related with translation... you notarize the copy of the document if you are providing copy not original - this is a claim that this copy is as original and has the same value. Transkstion has nothing to do with that.

you have to have proof of responsibility for wholesale - like responding to RFPs/Proposals writing, bid management..etc.
see my earlier post for 6221 telecom
One of my duties states: preparing and managing sales contracts. I think this duty shows that this was wholesale. Retail does not need to sign contracts. Moreover, the website of this company has a video on the home page, where all this equipment is shown: power supply stations, transformers and high voltage cables. The website adress is written on the letterhead of the company. I hope the CIC officer will watch and understand, that business was wholesale.

Hello,
I submitted my application for OINP three days ago, however I only included copy of WES ECA but not my degree copy as I thought I don't need to do. But after reading here I am so stressed that they might reject my application because of that. However I submitted all copies of my Canadian diploma's certified true copies and transcripts. Please advise me anything. Will OINP ask me details or just reject my application.

I am judging by the diplomas that I traslated.
I have the originals - scanned them and then notarized them. The scanned notarized copy was treated as an original from this point on. Then made a translation of it and the translation papers were stamped by the authorized translator. This was it.
My point is how is the notary going to notarize a translation to an original copy if it is in a different language. Notarizing is verification that the copy is exactly the same as the original.

If you provide original+ translatiin by authorised translator you are fine.

I want to see other people thoughts over that thouh....

I chose the simple option. Hired a certified translator to translate my diplomas and then he put a stamp on all translations. Did not notarize anything.
