Hey Guys. I just noticed this issue 3 weeks after AOR. I used an online Canadian translation service to translate the PCC and other documents. They didn't give me a certified copy of the original , only the translation and affidavit and mentioned that a copy (they didnt certify it) is attached. I already got AOR, and nervous about getting a refusal.
Hi. Just wondering what happened to your application? Has it approved?
I have done the some sort of similar mistake.
Please share.

Hi. @farazalfzal
My work supporting documents (joining order and transfer order) other than work experience certificate were in my native language, i got them translated and i have upload only certified translated documents. Will my application be rejected?
My IT Return, salary slip, work ex certificate are in english.
Please help
I am feb 2021 AOR

Hi, I am Oct'21 HCP stream applicant, While submitting OINP application I forgot to mention my travel history to Saudi for 30 days to see my father under other activities. The details are available in my passport and it specifies "work permit not allowed" and it is a "visitor visa". Will it be a problem as I didn't mention these details in other activities? Do I need to inform them upfront via email?

Please help

You might have issues if you don't report them now. If you had to report this but you didn't, if I were you, I'd write a letter, apologize for the honest mistake and request them to update my travel history.

I strongly suggest that you update them via a letter recognizing and apologizing for the honest mistake, if you can add screenshots of the stamps on the passport (if not already done) that would be great too, if you don't do it there is a big chance that it will bite you later on.

Few questions:

1. Can I go for upfront medical once I move to DIP? What is the validity of medical? Do I have to take upfront medical for the primary applicant and secondary applicant?

2. I have lived in 3 different states in the same country, do I need to take PCC from all states or only from my current address? Do I have to take PCC for the primary and secondary applicants?

3. What are the documents related to medical and PCC I need to submit with ITA?
