Planning on june 28 ....sunday..it costs 1,19,000/- for 2 persons in emirates...

what do you think/suggest? Is it advisable to buy the tickets now..or any chances of prices going low...?

Don't stress out...at least you filled in ur spouse's UCI #..they will be able to connect it with ur Application..many ppl have sent blank receipts as well and got PPR

Just to make ur mind at peace...yes send an email & raise a CSE with Paris VO..marking subject as 'Urgent'...apologizing for the error...attach a Scanned Copy of the RPRF Receipt with ur UCI details and all correctly filled in...it'd be fine...

Yesterday received a call from Canadian High Commission, New Delhi. The officer enquired about each aspect of my application, including my and wife's education, work, background, travel, PCC etc.. He also enquired about our kids, confimed that they are twins.

In the end he informed me that I have done a mistake while filling Background verification form. I failed to provide last 10 year information there. He informed me to fill the form afresh for both myself and wife, sign it and send it over. He gave me 7 days to complete this. Also informed me that had I not done this mistake, he would have processed my application. After the call I received an email requesting for the newly filled forms. I sent the newly filled forms yesterday itself, it would reach them tomorrow.

Because of my silly mistake, our application processing would be delayed now. I enquired when I can expect the visa, he said, he cannot comment about it. He said, "We are giving you PR visa, not any ordinary visa, hence processing will take time when additional documents are added". He also said, visa will be valid till 26th March 2016 irrespective of when visa is isssued, so asked me not to worry about when I would get visa.

I am surprised that this mistake was not noticed before medical request. Fingers crossed, one more additional wait period for us.

I can see in Cleartrip itself for June 28, Emirates cost from Hyd- Toronto is 51416/ person...check these 2 portals once- momondo.com and kayak.com for good flight deals....It's unlikely to come down further than what u see in these 2 portals as time is less....

Relaxx buddy.....it'd not take too much time....they will set a Due Date and bring forward ur file around/ before that date, not delay unnecessarily...and as he said, they were abt. to process it positively anyways....just be patient for a little longer....

Ticket costs are lowest on Wednesday and Thursday. Try tickets for either of these
