Thanks for your reply but I'm afraid this is really a case that should raise a CSE for or not.

In our case, Paris VO requested to email those documents and all they sent as a confirmation was an automated email answered to mine every time I sent them an email. I hope this helps while your VO may operate differently.

Fsasamir, I also got my PPR today. Thanks for being so supportive to me and sorry for being late updating. I was a little bit busy preparing my docs and scheduling a trip to Ankara.

Don't worry, this is normal and has happened for many members including me. I got an email on July 29th and sent required documents on August 7th. Then got a 4th line update on August 10th that read we sent you correspondence on July 29, 2015 .... So relax. You're almost done. Congrats.
