I think it should be acceptable to them. I am an Indian residing in UAE and going to submit Indian PCC which i ll obtain from Indian Embassy here in Abu dhabi.

Dear Seniors........Need Urgent Advise......

The request for MR that I have received is asking for the PCC for me and my spouse from Senegal (as I am presently residing in Senegal) and PCC from India. However, the PCC from India for myself n spouse was submitted with my initial application.

Now, I am presently residing in Senegal and they want Indian PCC issued by SSP/SP/Commissioner of Police/ACP/The station House Office or Regional Passport Office.

Since I am in Senegal, I cannot get this PCC from any of these offices except Indian Embassy in Senegal....Will that be acceptable by NDVO????

Should I reply to the same mail asking for clarification????

Please advise if anyone has faced the similar situation....

In Generic Application IMM0008, what dependant Type should I put: Type 1 or Type A (My application was applied in July 14)

Type 1: The dependent is under the age of 19 and single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).

The following types of children are for applicants who started an immigration process before August 1st, 2014.

Type A: The dependant is under the age of 22 and single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).

Hi Experts,
Can any body help me about port of entry in canada,when i filled the form for PR i have mentioned Ontario to be the port of entry,now i am planning to go to calgurry instead,is there any rule that i have to enter canada throuh ontario,if that the case,once i will be in toronto,is there any specific time i need to be there before movin to any other state?what about health card,sin,PR card?

You can land anywhere in Canada except Quebec. It should not be a problem for you to travel to Calgary instead of Ontario. I did read about 1 forumite who mentioned that the PR card would be sent to the same province that is mentioned in the PR card.

I came know British Airlines is a good one and if we are landing there on SAT are the relevant offices for PR card, SIN are closed ?
