It can come anytime between this week to next month ....The general wait time is 30 days-60 days (but be mentally prepared to wait for around 100 days at least from the receipt of PCC & RPRF)....

Dear VD, it all depends upon the number of people going to CANADA with you. But initially what i suggest is to go for a simple home instead of starting with a luxurious facilities spending all your finances,
all depends on your financial condition too and finally it is you who has to decide brother.

as you've asked i am stating me planning to you, i want to start simple with single bedroom home and not expecting any thing except utilities and necessary installations. later after settling properly i want to go further with little more facilities so that i can plan and maintain my finances.

Hello experts and everyone else,
I am a December 2014 applicant under NOC 2132 from New Delhi. I chose the mode of payment as a DD which is still not cashed. The validity of the DD is until 26th of April 2015 ( 6 months from the date of issue). I have been waiting patiently but recently read a few posts mentioning that the CAP for 2132 was filled way before December which has got me a bit confused ???!!!.
I had started preparing for my application in October after seeing the CAP status online on the official CIC website. Till December the CAP was not met as far as I remember. I am now wondering whether I should've applied at all if the CAP was met in October itself( as per the posts I read ).
Kindly advise with some information worth sharing regarding my issue!!!

Vivek, Even i read from one of our forumites that the overall CAP has already met. So if the DD is not encashed so far then their is a high possibility you had not made it through. Not to loose hope. You can go ahead and use all those documents and artifacts (except DD, PCC) for Express Entry.The EE has been opened and so I would encourage you to apply for it ASAP.

Dear Seniors........Need Urgent Advise......

The request for MR that I have received is asking for the PCC for me and my spouse from Senegal (as I am presently residing in Senegal) and PCC from India. However, the PCC from India for myself n spouse was submitted with my initial application.

Now, I am presently residing in Senegal and they want Indian PCC issued by SSP/SP/Commissioner of Police/ACP/The station House Office or Regional Passport Office.

Since I am in Senegal, I cannot get this PCC from any of these offices except Indian Embassy in Senegal....Will that be acceptable by NDVO????

Should I reply to the same mail asking for clarification????

Please advise if anyone has faced the similar situation....
