Calling NDVO probably not an option. However, you may try to walk down to NDVO with your situation. Though they wont allow you IN, chances that you might get some information or some notice on this scenario. But HIGHLY not RECOMMENDED.P_A_R_I said:Thanks for the reply.

Although I am also thinking of travelling for a week but I cannot afford to stay till the time to receive Pr cards like for 2 months? Will that be ok? Like in the worst situation if they say to personally come and collect PR cards
GCMS - a new case processing system by CIC that replaces CAIPS which is fully
implemented since April 2011.
In short a thorough detail on your application. However, note that they have right to hide any particular information. But you better go for it.
PR cards are couriered to the address in canada which you will be stating at the time of entry[port]. So, probably there will be nothing much to be collected in person thing. If you have any of your relatives/friends staying there, you may ask them to collect it and post it her for you.
