On cas it says decision made. How much time it usually takes from decision made to approved status?

Hii i am not able to link my application to cic. Every time it says application not found. But i can see status on CAS.

got international driving license. POF- travellers cheque from thomas cook. ticket booking done for 22nd sept. with each passing day, some or the other progress is achieved... rest of the work to be completed ;)
