Thanks .. Yes I understand that it can't predicted accurately, but I was curious what the dispute is about and if there are chances that the upcoming draws will be effected because of this?

the dispute really is about how the feds are deemed unable to have a coherent illegal immigrants refugee policy regarding
their coming into the country and this is affecting the provinces' ability to cater to them
straining their resources
but i dont think the upcoming draws will b affected by this directly
but i do think the trend of consistent high scorers on a frequent basis is here to stay for the time being

Yesterday, WES completed my ECA evaluation and now i'm able to download soft copy of ECA report.

Post AOR (after you submitted your applicant for permanent residency to IRCC) you don't need to inform them of any travels. Travel away as @Swordwater said

We hope IRCC will respond to our yearnings positively with either a back to back draw today, and/or a substantial increase in draw size, coupled with a new guideline that freezes ITA candidates' age in the pool till profile expiry or renewal.

Draw today sounds good but would be detrimental in the long run. They're clearly trying to maintain a system of two draws per month, which is why the 3-week gaps have happened any time there's a risk of having 3 draws per month. The last 3-week gap means that there will be 2 draws in August. Draw today would undo that.

If there's a draw today, and another draw in 2 weeks, there will be 3 draws in August (1st, 15th and 29th) except they effect yet ANOTHER 3-week gap between draws, which nobody (I think) would want.

It appears you have a score above 442, if so good for you then.

The trend suggests that draws are being held up when cut off is bound to be low, hence the 3 week draws.

If 3 week draws have happened 2x this year already (which has kept ITAs away from equally good candidates in the pool, till some of them loose vital points), what's wrong with having 3 draws in August to restore some fair balance.....

My brother has already finished his landing and activated his PR last year. He will be moving to Canada permanently in next few weeks. Therefore, in order to get the sibling 15 points, can I update my EE profile as soon as he lands in Canada or do I need to wait for some time ? On the documents side to claim the extra points, we are good to submit within 60 days after ITA.

Could anyone please clarify ?

Congratulations! I don't see a reason why you can't update your profile accordingly. Also, wait for the experts on this thread to weigh in further.
