Think 314 is too small for 451-600. Last time it was 1455 for that range, and the draw before it was 1057. 1000 should be a safer estimate.

Draw today sounds good but would be detrimental in the long run. They're clearly trying to maintain a system of two draws per month, which is why the 3-week gaps have happened any time there's a risk of having 3 draws per month. The last 3-week gap means that there will be 2 draws in August...
