I have 445. Should have applied for spouse WES ECA to get 10 more points. But I think if I don't get invite today I should get the next one? Collecting transcripts and waiting for WES may take us 2 more months.

People above 430+ needs to have some patience as there are 13K people waiting patiently in line right behind you for ITA in 400-430 range from last 4-12 months. You’ll get ITA very soon so please don’t panic. :):)

Also to those who’re decling ITA’s Without a second thought with high scores, please note that with tie-breaker rule, you’re now wasting someone else chance as well. Stay awake and be careful before submitting your file. :)

Don’t worry. You will get ITA before 31st December and maybe today as well. Best wishes. :):)

Moved from 418 in Aug to 457 on Nov 21 after getting wife’s (PA) masters done.

Hoping I’ll get ITA today.

Don’t ever lose hope!

Just to clarify, if the FDs (Its multiple FDs with same bank) are sufficient to meet the CIC requirements, would we still require average 6 month balances of savings accounts which has immaterial balances. If the bank were to give this FD certificate and confirm no liability, will that be sufficient?

I think that should be sufficient.

This is beautiful and makes the wait even more tough. These picturesque beauties of Canada make it even more longing
Did you receive your ITA?

Good thoughts and suggestions and mostly I agree with you.

I had to decline the ITA though so I belong to the second group. It was the hardest and the most gut wrenching decision I have taken in a long time. It was my mistake and I didn't interpret the ECA report properly but when we did find out, we didn't want to misrepresent ourselves either. So I would urge you to not assume that anyone here wants to take up someone else's spot in a tie breaker.

It is quite difficult to imagine how miserable it feels to have that chance in your hands and to have to let it go. I'm sure some people might be frivolous but I'm quite certain most are not and wouldn't decline such a coveted thing for minor reasons.

On complete tenterhooks now, waiting for the next draw. Same as everyone else, or maybe worse.
