I hope that CIC gets one draw today and takes Christmas holiday and number of ITAs to be the total of December i.e. 5400 with score going to low 400s.

My score is 448. But if the ITAs are less, as people speculate crs cut off might go as high as 450 and I might have to wait for yet another round. I just hope it happens today and with a less cut off so that maximum people on this forum are happy at the EOD today. How about you?The CIC is highly unpredictable...all we can do is just wait

i have the same doubt... i just created express entry profile and did not send any separate interest to Ontario. My CRS is 421. Am i still eligible to get NOI from them?
to the people worrying about Ontario's NOI, quota is filled for 2017 so i dont think they will be sending any new NOIs, until they announce new quota for 2018.
As soon as that happens, i would recommend to create a new EE profile, also, their default criteria is 400 or above points so any one falling under that will be invited by OINP.
I selected all provinces in my EE profile so i dont think that matters.

Ideally it was, if you have CRS 400+ you might get an invitation from Ontario.. but recently they have started considering NOC...
NOCs related to IT did receive invitations even after having a low CRS scores , i.e, below CRS 400
