Dont know much about the Aadhar card which you have talked about. Regarding the mother-in-law's surname issue, I believe a well versed LOE would do the trick. Since both your wife and her sibling have the exact same mother's name provided in their respective birth certificates, it should be fine. Good luck.Hi guyz,
I need your opinion:
My wife claim points for sibling and we are sitting at 432 after claiming, but the problem is my wife's birth certificate does not have her mother's surname but fathers name is same on both their birth certificates, will that create any problem? or we can use my wife's aadhar card to show the actual name with surname when providing blood relation with common parents? Please advise on urgent basis. Your valuable advice will be appreciated
Also the father's name is same I hope this will not be a problem. What if we provide some other govt. Id's which have the same name as of her brothers birth certificateDont know much about the Aadhar card which you have talked about. Waiting for this to happen. All depends on the numbers to be out in November. If its somewhwere close to 2017 numbers then i have a strong feeling it may even go below 413 as at this time last year the score was 450. Sure analysts will give exact prediction. All the best guys. 2018 the year of dreams coming trueIs CRS points again touch 413 or it will go below that?.
What factors make their contribution to lowering the CRS cut off?
What does her passport say? Please go by that.Hi guyz,

Please 'search' past threads on this topic and leverage them, as you deem appropriate. Thanks.Hi All,
I need assistance w.r.t work experience letter from one of the previous employer. I was working as a consultant and deputed for an eGov project. The project was awarded to a leading consulting firm who in turn had engaged a third party manpower provider for providing resources.
My terms of association with this third party facilitator was on retainer ship engagement model. I was an independent vendor providing consulting services and used to raise an invoice every month against which the agreed amount was credited into my a/c. Also the ITRs I filed for those 2 yrs was of a self-employed professional (ITR 4). Presently that company is no longer operational. I have following documents available as of now-
The incumbent division head (my reporting supervisor) is presently working with some other organization as a CTO and has agreed to provide me with an undertaking in format I deem suitable. Additionally I have also contacted the client (IAS officer overseeing the eGov project) and he has also agreed to provide me a reference letter specifying the job duties performed.
- Original agreements (incremental) and an revision of service charges (addendum)
- Bank a/c statements
- Form 16 & subsequent ITRs
- Resignation Acceptance & Termination of Contract confirmation (on emails)
Kindly help me with the format of the reference letter which I can obtain (ex CTO & Bureaucrat) for the above work engagement.
Regards
Hope what you've written turns out to be trueOn Monday 31 October 2016 The Guardian had published a report about the 2017 immigration plan of Canada. In that report it said that Canadian authorities have decided to make 300,000 as their baseline immigration target and also suggested to increase the annual target to 450,000 gradually over the next five years. Currently we have 300,000 targeted immigration number for this year out of which economic category is 172,000. So if they go ahead with the idea of increasing the total number to 450,000 over the next five years then we should have at least 30,000 increased total target number for 2018. Economic category should share more than 50% of that extra immigrants which should put the target number to 190,000-200,000 for 2018. We are set to know the target for 2018 by 31st October. This increased number should provide us bigger ITA size per draw, perhaps around 3500-4000. If they start issuing this number of ITAs from January, 2018 than CRS score bound to go down closer to 400 within few months and below 400 by the second half of 2018! Now those with CRS 400-430 just need to keep patience and wait just few more months after all you all are eligible to be part of the prosperous Canadian society!

On 4th January 2017 1st draw of the year CRS score was 468 and then on 31st May, 2017 CRS score came down to 413. 55 points decreased in 5 moths! Last few draws with only 2700-2800 ITAs the CRS score hardly going upper 430s. 2017 economic category target was 172,000 and for 2018 it will certainly be much higher. Do you still think it will only reach 420s in whole one year even with increased allocated immigration numbers? I am not guessing, I am using logic and facts. My strong opinion is 400 surely on the card!bro, this won't go that low for sure, especially considering more and more people are getting attracted to make the PR application of Canada and also many people are retaking IELTS to improve their score and no need to mention the hoarde of applicants preparing for the IELTS exam to reach that elusive CLB 9 threshold. However, if the quota rises, then surely it might come down to 420 ,at best, in 2018. So, I think its better to be in the safe side by assuming it to be like that, but again, I also want it to go below 400 for my fellow freinds
