Hi You just said that OINP HCP is not NOC specific. but as far my understanding they are issuing nominations only to a specific NOC categories (mainly related to IT). Please correct me if I am wrong and can you please quote the source of this information. It would be helpful.

it is not 3833. 2750 candidates with or above 439 points level have been eliminated from the pool in Nov 15 draw. More profiles would have been added in the pool in this week. Considering the remote possibility, the CRS scores will drop, if there is a draw today.

Profiles with higher score are bound to get the ITAs. If a profile's score is 439 (I mentioned it as it is the cut off), it will not get ITA if created after the time mentioned.

Lets hope to see the increasing trend of ITAs in the coming draws.

As per my understanding, it means that the latest profile which got selected has been created on October 19, 2017 at 12:02:28 UTC. If a profile's score is 439 (only 439) and has been created after the time mentioned, will not get ITA.

Just looking at the numbers, there cannot be more than 2000 people above 458, considering the fact that they have invited the PNP quota in the last draw. Wondering how did the magical number of 458 has been declared!
