Most people I know have used WES. Whether they are fast or not doesn't depend on the agency but the nature of your degree and where you received it.

Do you know which service would be faster? I'm seeing here WES, CES, ICAS, IQAS, ICES.

From what I have seen in this thread, WES can be slow.

I got my ECA from WES in two months. My spouse got it in two weeks.

I did my bachelors in my home country and masters in UK. My spouse has studied in the US.

So based on my experience it would seem where you've studied matters more when it comes to evaluation.

Depends on the country where you got your degree. WES has different requirements for different countries. For some, they allow you to send it and for some it asks that your university sends it.

Well I'm from the UK and am considering relocating to Canada so make of that what you will. ;D

If you send the documents you can pay express fee and send the documents faster. If your institution is sending the documents, they might use regular service which will take longer.

Are you applying from INDIA?

In my case, I collected transcripts from my college(INDIA) and sent the documents using express post.

Io have sent my document for ECA. it shows evaluation in progress. Without ECA can I create my express entry profile and submit it in a pool. Express entry profile asks for the some reference number of ECA? is it require for the EE profile.

You cannot create your profile and enter the pool without ECA. Wait for it.

I originally thought I could edit and enter the ECA at a later date. I answered No, figuring on changing to Yes when I got it. Wrong answer. Not eligible. Profile unable to be edited later.

That's what I got for not reading the directions carefully enough.

I did the same when I started with my application. WES was taking its own sweet time and I was getting anxious. Lesson learned!
