Is there any need to be worried that CIC has conducted 3 draws in April and it's just 20th.
Secondly, could it be that the CIC is planning a change, given that Australia just recently shut its door on Immigration

Can you explain why you need WES? I'm lost here, can't you just have your credentials and submit them to IRCC when they ask for them? It is my view that IELTS or Other Language Test never have significant impacts on ITA's. There were Two Language results at the end of march, but still there was a 10 points decline for the 5th April draws.
However the recent distribution means majority of applicants were placed between 411-414, and if this was true then the next draw will not see a decline more than 5 points. It is still hard to believe in these distributions but still we have to follow.

By WES they meant ECA. You need ECA (in case of education outside Canada) and IELTS upfront in order to enter EE pool.ihatetrump said:

I recently applied for WES, I mailed the documents from Canada. It paid express post and the package delivered next day. It took 2 days for them to update the received status. Exactly after 1 week after I see an update saying they started evaluating my documents. According to my friends, it takes 1 week to hear back from them.Raorulz said:

WES is an agency that evaluates your educational credentials if you've studied outside Canada. You need their evaluation along with your IELTS details to enter the Express Entry pool.ihatetrump said:

Most people I know have used WES. Whether they are fast or not doesn't depend on the agency but the nature of your degree and where you received it.ihatetrump said:
