That's good news. Due to low score (404) I might think delay in ECA is fine but now score is dropping and my worry is increasing.

Dont worry. there is no reason (ok 1 reason and that is if cic reduces the draw size) to worry.
scores will keep going down.

I hadn't thought about that!! I mean CIC reducing the draw size However, since they HAVE to meet their yearly targets, I hope that doesn't happen anytime soon.

any reason why 424 ? for the score to go up until July, number of ITA's should be less than 2000 or 3 week interval.. for May 1st week draw , CRS have to go down..

after July my assumption for CRS to go up, is due to Sibling points, PNP nominations and College graduation completion..

I am waiting for my WES...

unfortunately It took me a lot of time to collect the transcripts. The reason was that I am from defence background so completed my education from various institutions all across the country. Finally dispatched the transcripts last week via DHL. the tracker shows it as delivered on Tuesday but WES still shows documents awaited status.


My score adds up to 420. my worrial is that how much time would be taken by WES to complete the ECA so that i could enter the EE pool. If it gets delayed by a long time, then scores might go up.


what do you people predict.

any suggestions to get the WES ECA expedited.

Duuude!!! WES takes a lot to start your assessment mine took over 20 business days, an email I sent was answered 5 days after.. I guess they are having a lot of applications

I am hoping to join the pool for the next draw as my IELTS score is out tomorrow and WES is taking their sweet time(been already 8 working days). Any idea how long does WES take to do the ECA? It is mentioned on their site that it take 20 business days and that bothers me as I might miss the next draw

I agree with you. With the new changes more applicants will be added to the pool giving a little more competition or increase scores in the pool. I think the idea is to issue as many IT A within the 1st half of the year which would allow more immigrants to land in Canada during 2017.

WES took more than 3 weeks to finish my evaluation after receiving all the docs. My wife's is still being evaluated.

I wrote a mail to them that they should atleast acknowledge the receipt of my documents. But no answer till date.
