I wonder if with 416 I stand any chance in the coming couple of draws. With the draw taking longer, I am getting pessimistic.

I believe there will be a change in Express Entry System in June. So probably there will be a chance for everyone over 400.....

90 days after getting the ITA.

Yeah but what about the june changes

As I mentioned yesterday on same question, changes in june wont have much of an inpact due to that and also as I read in 2016 report not many people speak french and also due to changes for siblings also believe that few people will get higer points but not enough to push crs cut off to go up.

there is possibility that April 13th data is not the true picture.. 2115 profiles in just two points.. i believe there will be much less profiles in that group..
If the draws are conducted in two week intervals with same # of ITA's, CRS will drop.. but if CIC increase draw interval or reduce ITA's , CRS will increase..

I think that for coming to 384, CIC will take at least second half of June or early July but it will definitely come.

2016 report is out

Yes and there are some positives as well as some negatives some positives are that IRCC mentioned about why the draw size went low last year because they were processing applications that were pre EE and now the roumds will be more consistent that we are seeing. and by the looks f it 3500-4000 ITAs will be norm now. And IRCC sees that most of the candidates in that have come in first 2 yrs have been living in canada and only 15-20% outsiders came which they want to increase. Average score of utsider without canadian connection is 380 and insider is 420 so we can hope for scores going down more.

The other positive is there are only 1.3% francophones in the pool and with french there avg scores are 350 so june 9 changes will not affect that much. one negative is that IRCC mentiones that they can reduce the number of itas to mantain their promise of 80% apps processing within 6 months

With 406 as CRS score, what chances I have in the month of May? Once I get an ITA(by God's grace), does it take 6months? What is the least amount of time one had to wait after ITA.

After looking into recent changes I am having a feeling that CIC is trying to standardise its Scores like Australia and NZ Immigration. Maybe they will fix it somewhere near 400, and then allow applicants various options to increase their score and get selected.

According to my calculations if the next draw is going to be held on 3rd May then I think they will clear all applicants in 411-420 scale. So at the moment my guess is 409 +/-2 for the next draw only if it's on 3rd May.
