I think there is hope for 442-443.....if the ITA remains above 3500...

Naaah 445 is too high. It will go lower.

Any thoughts on where the score might be in June/July time frame? I will be submitting my profile with CRS between 445 - 453. Will scores start going up at some point later in the year?

We do not believe so. It should be a steady fall.

In June hmmm 420?

We don't have any solid foundation to predict score in June/July. But 445 is a promising number in current scenario. May be they go up one or two draws but chances r slim. Moreover the scores will eventually stabilize at some point hopefully and then hey will hover around that range.

this is for sure they can not select 7000 candidates per month throughout 2017....

Analysis shows that it can, till September 2017. when they would have to start with filling quota for 2018.

Read our analysis.. even if not 7000 per month then 5000 for sure and even that wouldnt ruin the party.

I am very hopeful for the next draw, but i am not getting too excited as I am sitting at 441 and it would be amazing if the points dropped by 6 points again.

Although there is a chance, i remain cautiously optimistic. Good luck to all of us. :)

interesting way to describe the refugees... i'm sure the meaning of intellectual class got a whole new meaning with you using that word lol....

i hope you get your ITA soon, and i hope you change your attitude also... that sort of attitude isnt going to get you very far in canada...

just remember this card goes both ways... you can enter canada and all the naturalised canadians + CEC candidates will say "we have been in Canada for years and we know and understand the country and culture and we have been paying taxes blah blah.... we should get picked ahead of immigrants :) "

good luck
I couldn't agree more. We are all looking for greener pastures, so no class is better than the other. The new Minister of Immigration entered Canada at the age of 16 as a refugee. To me that says anyone and everyone has a chance to make a huge difference in Canada.

All the 440s will get their invitation by the end of March. Mark my words ;D :D

Your wait is almost over Bablaa, hang in there.

Hey, don't worry about my attitude, may be I hurt your sentiments by saying that.. by the way, that wasn't the objective there, may be I chose the wrong word "intellectual class".. but I surely and truly believe that the people who had English proficiency of more than CLB 10 , have experience of 10 years and are well educated deserved to be called before the Syrian refugees ... but that's my view , you may disageee but that didn't happen ! Anyways , let's hope all the deserving candidates get an opportunity now !

I understand what you are trying to say!! People get offended easily since you put it like that.. I think bigger problem were LMIA's, where people with 200-300 CRS human capital had bigger opportunities than those around 400 which was really unfair..

and even now with the new rules where LMIA is offering much less points there are people with LMIA's whose chances are now ruined and they have good jobs compared with majority in "LMIA market".. it was all happening because of the misuse of LMIA from big food companies which search for cheap workforce.

Maybe they should just limit those LMIA points for jobs in Food service industry which was the main problem.. because we have people now who have job offers and have only 50 points more and it's not enough to grant them ITA.
