Thanks Jackdawn , It happens with every system !! , I hope this EE should not be turned as another H1-B where people mock up everything to reach the destination !jackdawn said:earlier every job offer use to fetch 200 points. Many use to take advantage of this and people with irrelevant experience were also getting on board using those 200 points.
Now u can have those 200 points if u have good edu/exp and a genuine offer. which is very tough if u r fsw outland.
Try to give IELTS again and achieve CLB9. With that your score will jump around 60 - 70 points. Thats the best way to increase your crs.aamaadmi said:Thanks Jackdawn , It happens with every system !! , I hope this EE should not be turned as another H1-B where people mock up everything to reach the destination !
My IELTS fetched me S-6,W-6.5,L-7.5,R-7.5 with a CLB 7, I have good amount of 11 years of Exp in Job code 2174 & 0213 , As i am a FSW outside Canada my only hope now is PNP
You can try with https://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator.html with different IELTS scores... and do give the test. Right seniors?aamaadmi said:Thanks Jackdawn , It happens with every system !! , I hope this EE should not be turned as another H1-B where people mock up everything to reach the destination !

I agree with you. Without CIC's latest stats, we have no idea what will happen and when. The draw on 22nd Feb could either be historic yet again or just another regular draw. Speaking of which, where I am currently located, it is 6 days away. Are you guys counting down yet? ;DUnleashedFX said:We can play with numbers and statistics, but yes we don't know and we won't know until the 22nd of February. Regardless of the next score, it will be more important than the historic 8th of February draw, because it will give us an indication if this is a solid trend or just an anomally. Good luck to all of us!
Hi! me too at 441. for the PCC and medical, it needs to be submitted when you choose to continue with your application after you receive an ITA. not later than that. But I am not sure if you can prepare for it now as you need to have an ITA first. Hope this helps.push1988 said:Hi guys/gals,
Even i am also at 441 only, and very sure that even if the next draw is for 442/+, the first draw in march is definitely going to be the one <440!!
Incidentally, I am also checking for any and all documents I might require and had a question- when are we required to submit the PCC and Medical? is it when we get invite and submitting the documents or it is required at a later stage?
I think its safer to not compare last year stats with the current situation. As of now the CIC point system has changed a bit. It would be like judging an apple against an orange? :ozlis said:From the reports released last year, there were 13,000 people in the pool between 400 - 449.
So assuming there are 500 - 1000 people drawn from above that new to the pool each draw, I think you could conservatively guess that it might take a couple more draws to go below 440.
I live in Dubai. 6 days left for me as well. In 4 hours it will be 5 days left. I am also a bit nervous and thinking about it makes time go super slow, so I try to keep busy so time flies faster. The closer we get to the draw, the more active this thread will become.SGtoCAD said:I agree with you. Without CIC's latest stats, we have no idea what will happen and when. Me too.byloth said:Out of curiosity, how many of you expect this draw to be 442~? I'm still quite skeptical for the points continue to drop. However I hope I am wrong folks!
