BTW could anyone you clarify the below statement ?


Qualifying offer of arranged employment Points

For a qualifying job offer of arranged employment from a Canadian employer if the offer is in senior manager occupation. 200 points
For a qualifying job offer of arranged employment from a Canadian employer if the offer is any other qualifying offer of arranged employment 50 points

does this mean for a senior manager position the points will be 200 and below everything is 50 points ??

If my understanding is correct, why this variance ?

Some EE profile expires after 1 year of being in the pool. So they might still be in the pool even after the draw even though they have a score higher than the last one. Also, there are new profiles being created every single day and those scores might be higher than the previous cutoff scores. As for the number of these profiles, we have no clue how many there are. The IRCC has yet to release the immigration report for 2016. Perhaps we can get some idea on how many are there in the pool.

Hey VJP, You and me will get the ITA on the same day. I am too on 434. My best guess is that we will get the ITA on March 22. We are short of 13 points and there is a drop of 6 points each in the last two draws. Even, if there is a one 5 points and two 4 points draw, we would be through. So best guess is March 22 - three draws....

But be ready for the surprises from IRCC. There may a draws consecutively in two weeks, then we may get the ITA before March 22.

earlier every job offer use to fetch 200 points. Many use to take advantage of this and people with irrelevant experience were also getting on board using those 200 points.

Now u can have those 200 points if u have good edu/exp and a genuine offer. which is very tough if u r fsw outland.

i was too much over-optimistic that the crs draw would come down to 438 - 9 points on 15th. As seeing the previous draws 9 points on subsequent draws and 6 points on 2 week gap draws.

Should we open a new thread for 56th Draw predictions(aimed at crs < 441?

Still hoping and optimistic a gigantic draw so that we all slip in the 55th draw itself. lol
