As we all know 40th draw was the disaster for all those candidates with crs score between 450-470 ..
all we can do is either to improve our scores further more by pushing to the extreme limits.
however there will always be a ray of hope for every next draw to have a low cut-off score.

I am sitting on 468 till my bday kicks off 5 points in Sep last week.
Can someone tell me if i have bachelors from India and Masters from Canada, should i get bachelors from India evaluated from WES to get more points, will i get it ?

I am also wondering if i should retake IELTS to kick up score to 475+ will that help a bit.

Retaking IELTS is a good idea right now. Your WES evaluation - what does it list. If it lists Masters than I doubt getting your bachelors assessed will help. Since Bachelors is a pre req for the higher degree

Sorry guys, but we have very much active thread already for "next ray of hope" ;) :)
