more over there was a recent change in policy and the quota for the year has been drafted. i too feel there wouldn't be any changes further. Draws are administrative and i don't think a minister would involve

further more if there would be any changes they would only benefit the candidates with core human credentials. They might focus on the large pool of people who lie between 350-450. Rest are anyways coming in through recent ITA's

I am a recent entrant to this project...started the Process in Nov'16. Got ECA on 3rd Jan evening. Didnt have time to create the entry. Entered the pool on 6th Jan. Hoping to go out on 18th(as you predict)... ... fingers crossed.
