Hi, I have shared my reference letters for 2 jobs which cover my 3 years of workex for which I have claimed my maximum points. I haven't submitted my reference letters for job 3 and 4 as the company was not willing to give it....is that cause for concern?

I am a recent entrant to this project...started the Process in Nov'16. Got ECA on 3rd Jan evening. Didnt have time to create the entry. Entered the pool on 6th Jan. Hoping to go out on 18th(as you predict)... :D :D... fingers crossed.

Sitting at 470. Next draw should definitely cover me. Questions is..when is the 52nd draw out. I was hoping today, considering last year's pattern of 3 draws in JAN. What are you guys predicting?

congrats to everybody for getting ITA. I got my ECA report on 3rd and thus could not make my profile in time for the 4th Jan draw. My CRS stands at 471. Will submit my profile in the pool today. I should be getting ITA in the next draw right? What do you guys predict? Thanks :o
