Is it allowed to have a Mon Projet Quebec application and an EE post ITA application at the same time ? Is this breaking any rule besides the intention to reside issue? Could it be a problem? Would you advice canceling the Q? Or keep it as back-up for a while?

I think it will go down to 470 very fast... does not matter if it is in the next round or the one after... But it will go very slow below 470 because this score range has no been cleared for a long time... so there must be many people in the 460-470 range.. . is this logic right?
