Mon projet Quebec and EE application...

Is it allowed to have a Mon Projet Quebec application and an EE post ITA application at the same time ? Is this breaking any rule besides the intention to reside issue?
Could it be a problem?
Would you advice canceling the Q? Or keep it as back-up for a while?

It is a problem if they are both processing at the same time.

You would be misrepresenting your intention to reside outside of Quebec for your express entry application.

We have not submitted any documents yet... they are yet to send a document checklist...
I wanted to keep it alive for a bit longer until EE progresses some more...
