I would love to but I have no real idea. My partner and I are both native speakers and in all honesty we were both very surprised by the 8 in writing. I know on here I struggle with my fat fingers on my tablet but I thought I had done much better in the writing test. Boyfriend got 8 too and was a bit annoyed I did get advice from IELTS Liz, if you Google her.

Also what the hell did I do on that writing?! I have no idea how I screwed that up so much!! Still a CLB 9 though

There should be a balance as well you just cant pull every fish from the pool of water. Thats why intl students were given only 15-30 points to get the most deserving ones and who are waiting since ages to get in.

They could have easily given them 100-200 bonus points. Intl students were disappointed with 15-30 points they termed these changes as nothing and they wanted those 100-200 bonus points. But that would have been unfair to most in the pool who might be more deserving than some Intl students but would never get in.

What u said is absolutely right Fatani and I had a long fight over this with agent Dave and alexios07 over this as they were ignorant to accept that there were some people in the pool more deserving than cec ( international students) .

Yes the number of invites would stay around 2000 only from now onwards and 2500 would be a bonus

I think everyone above 430,440 have good chances of getting itas next year though it isn't as easy as said because I feel there are always many applicants in 450s 460s range and if sibling points are added in near future it would become a hopeless situation then. Though it is too early to predict what additional changes CIC brings about in 2017.

Personally, I do not think they were serious abt that sibling thing Otherwise it would have been included in the 19th Nov changes. The better it is for you it seems

If there was any possibility of a draw today then yesterday's draw wouldnot have taken place for sure and it took place on Thursday though most of us had predicted it for Friday because of Christmas holidays. A draw on Friday would have kept them busy even on sat which is holiday as was predicted by Castillo. So Thursday was most apt .

No bro even I feel that it should not be added soon as it would be harmful for many deserving applicants. And I m at 473 so if God supports me I would be in next time. Though it's never sure
