Oh, sorry, I didn't see. It's quite a short time. A lot of people have been waiting for years to immigrate. On a positive note I think that you have a very high chance to get an ITA in the next draw. Good luck!

Does anyone know why CRS just went down 2 points last draw? Was it because LMIA job offers or PNP? I can't understand why, considering 2000+ ITA's.
I'm still at 462 (since March) and I would like to guess when will I have my chance of getting an ITA.

It's because the lower the points the easier to achieve them, hence the more people in that range. Also be mindful that this is the first time points went below 473 in 7 months. Lots of people accumulated in mean time.

Ontario pumped 1000+ nominations few days back(Saturday) before last draw day. That affect the downstream of cutoff score.

ITA within next two draws at 462 is not possible. There are so many people who will receive additional points on 19th because of new changes and that is surely going to raise cut off. It will take probably take couple of months for cut off to go in 465 range.

Doubt it, as there's going to be a thousand per draw who no longer have those 600 points

You are forgetting PNP. In addition to that, there are couple hundred people with ICT, NAFTA work permit who will get 50 points and not to forget students who will receive minimum of 15 points. Students who were in range of 460 before waiting for ITA will now be in range of 475-490 and students are quite high in numbers.

The ICT and NAFTAs will get their 50 points after a year of work experience. Either way, I think it's going to level out for a few draws and then drop.

Also ICT NAFTA who complete a Canadian year experience in the coming days will get a total of 90 points in one go (Job offer 50 + One year CEC 40) ......So the cutoffs might increase at least to begin with!!

For masters grads, they may have already got PR through old PNP stream, such as OINP master stream. I mean, some of people you mentioned can get PR via other programs, no one knows how many these people are still waiting in the pool. Let's see the first draw after Nov 19th.

As per Cic existing LMIA will have no effect so your points shouldn't drop regardless of when you receive ITA. That's my understanding.

Don't think so. Think it's anyone with an ITA before 19th that aren't affected. As of 19th your lmia is worth 50 points.
