The only thing I feel after last draw is there are not many people with super high score like the range of 470s and 480s at all.
Then another thing could be their are not many people want to immigrate to Canada like someone mentioned before from UK from US from AUS from all of those Native ENG speaking countries.

If the ITA go up a bit, I think it will definitely go down below 475. 470 might be the cut off.

That's true. Oh the irony, Nov 1st, lmia is then worth only 400 points, but work experience goes up 50. International students get 50 points etc... Essentially bumping 400-450's down the ranks. Ugh.

No where. Nov 1st ministers are expected to release next year's immigration targets.

It's been rumoured that int students will be given more points, and lmias either won't be required or won't carry so many points...

It's pure speculation and it's possible NOTHING happens (except immigration targets).

Not only that those are only rumours, such changes doesn't happen overnight. There'll be prior announcement and lots and lots of notice before anything changes in the point system. Zero percent change that anything will be different for Nov 1.

I agree, I'm sure that any visa 'news' website will have already run with it I'd there was any wind of a change.

I guess the CRS cutoff for 46th draw will be ~470 with ~1,800 ITAs...

I hope your prediction is correct,can't wait to get ITA and move to Canada, freaking US threated me badly, hopefully Canada will be better.
