With all due respect, this kind of people make me sick. You’re saying that second and third place is good enough.
Canada is not a land of opportunity like the US. Anyone who is talented can make it big in the US. That’s simply not the case in Canada and any of the commonwealth countries.
I clearly spoke about cultural mosaic vs the melting pot- please see what it means.
That should be enough. I thought there is already a 90days grace for thatHi guys, please I have recieved ITA however due to the coronavirus pandemic, I'm unable to do my medicals and get a reference letter from my previous place of work. Can I go ahead and and submit my application with a LoE. Thanks
I think he is referring to the fact that to be an Uber driver you need a G license. (G2 is not allowed). Typically it takes 2 years for people from most countries to get a G license in Ontario. As a PR you can work anywhere anytime. What is this 2 yr restriction?
been here for more than a year as well. The reason I backed out of the argument is because it's clearly a troll looking to discourage aspirants. Many of them lurking around on this forum. How they benefit from discouraging ppl I've no idea. With all due respect, this kind of people make me sick.
You do realize that you might be taking the spot of someone who does wish to settle in Canada for good?
If you really want to move to Trumpland because you are an extremely gullible person and believe everything you see in Hollywood, then by all means go ahead, but please do so without crashing someone else's dreams.
Not speaking for me as I've already been a PR for over a year.
It's anybody's guess right now. It is too early to say because no one knows how long this situation will last. But for sure things would take time to get back to normal. How's the job market looking after this pandemic is over.
It's possible layoffs are happening. But recently government has said that they will subsidize 75% of wages for employers and asked them not to fire people. I'm not sure how much help businesses are getting on the ground and if employers will actually take this option. All I hear is layoffs left and right.
This is the problem, right..you think with your 1 year as PR you know everything, you've seen everything. Please don't call me gullible because you're still in your honeymoon phase. With all due respect, this kind of people make me sick.

the thing is not all candidates above 467 received ITA in last two draws. only candidates with specific cadre (FST n CEC) were invited. what it also means is there are still many candidates left in the pool above 467 belonging to FSW. (like me stuck at 468)Hey Prof, What’s your guess for the next cutoff?
Where did u get this ? Is this after clearing two last draws ?as CIC has published number of candidates between 450-500 in a class of 10 points , I tried to fit in a new curve through these points andtried to extrapolate the number of candidates having given CRS scored.
conditions: these are expected numbers derived from best fitting curve from past data
the numbers are based on the statistics of 13th March published in the last draw. the numbers will be different today but can give an idea how he candidates are distributed.
CRS no of candidates CRS no of candidates CRS no of candidates 451 1093 461 990 471 310452 1083 462 980 472 221453 1072 463 970 473 158454 1061 464 961 474 113455 1051 465 951 475 81456 1040 466 942 476 58457 1030 467 932 477 41458 1020 468 923 478 29459 1010 469 914 479 21460 1000 470 905 480 15 10459 9468 1047
Pre draw of 18th March .Where did u get this ? Is this after clearing two last draws ?
Just wondering if it's true or not, or maybe am wrong. If you carefully look at the table, why there's only 10 or 11 candidates difference between the CRS? Example..1093, 1083 and 1072. Is this a co incidence??Where did u get this ? Is this after clearing two last draws ?
I didn't get it from a specific source.... its a statistical estimate derived using the curve fitting approach.Where did u get this ? Is this after clearing two last draws ?
nope.. these stats are derived from 13th March 2020 (so, before the draw) which was published by CIC in the last draw on 23rd March 2020.Is this after clearing two last draws ?
good observation... the thing is there are almost 10k people in 10 points n almost 9.5k in subsequent 10 points gap.. so the growth rate in this region is flat n = 1.01..Just wondering if it's true or not, or maybe am wrong. If you carefully look at the table, why there's only 10 or 11 candidates difference between the CRS? Example..1093, 1083 and 1072. Is this a co incidence??
What did you change?Hi, some helps needed here. I just updated my profile an hour ago and my score should have increased from 470 to 473, but the profile still showing 470 after the changes are 'transmitted'. My concern is that if the draw happen 10 hours later, will 470 or 473 be used? or will i be out of the pool because of some technical reason? Shall i withdraw my profile and re-create one? I am so worry now..Thank you all
