well conservative party actually introduced the express entry if Andrew scheer wins the major effect it will be on is refugees and any kind of change in rules takes almost months for example if he wants to scrap the express entry it will take at least 5ish months they have to consider everything and Conservative parties are not against providing PR they are not in favor of giving an easy time to refugees who seeks asylum so u will have some time but anything could happen its just my point of view lets hope nothing changes and they should do something more about international students as they are paying hefty tuition fees and getting Canadian work experience.
its a just a random assumption it could take less time or more time and we are talking about immigration any party that comes they usually think about their people first and then us that whats going on and how we can increase the gdp and how we can benefit people and how we can spend money its not a micky mouse job so it takes time

People need to keep in mind that Canada has one of the lowest population in developed countries. For instance, US with almost the same size area has around 300+ million population whereas Canada just only has 35+ million. Even a country like UK, which is fraction of its size has more population than her. They can't afford to lower down the economic immigration that's why they have implemented a system where only people who are in their vigor are preferred. These type of immigrants are able to keep their social services afloat and are able to pay taxes which keeps their system running.

totally agree thats how they will increase their GDP and we are almost contributing $20 billion to their economy so they will not do anything irrational anyways all the best to all of you guys for next draw i hope it goes down enjoy
