Taking an exception to a random comment is not expected from a senior member like you.

you dont have a choice.. also repeat your IELTS when it is close to expire

If I get 8.5 in listening I'd get CLB 10 & score would be 456, just a 3 point raise.

Completely devastated with the CRS. THERE were so many predictions to see 458-460. But still,too high for me. Does anyone believe that it will drop a bit to 458-460. Is there any chances for it in 2019. Don't know what to do.i'm on 458.

I don't want to get anyone's hopes high but in the third and last quarter of the year the CRS generally goes down....atleast that has been the trend in last few years....so always be hopeful

Please add me at 463 and hear my sad story. I got an ITA on 26th of June. Submitted my PR application along with all the fees on 25th of August. On 11th of September, my application was rejected as incomplete; my PCC did not have all the details as required by IRCC and I failed to notice it. Just like that I ended up back in the pool. I was very hopeful to receive another ITA at this score today. But reading all the comments here it looks like even 463 won't be enough anymore for atleast the next few draws.

I got this score without the ECA of my spouse. With his ECA the score will rise to 471. As per current processing time, WES will take approx. 1.5 months for the evaluation. I decided to skip my spouse' s ECA to save money. Silly me. Anyway, please give me your expert advices on what I should do. Should I get the ECA done or wait for the scores to go down? How soon can I expect an ITA with and without my spouse's ECA?

Did you request your case to be re-opened? Some applicants have tried and were successful....
Also you should leave your application in the pool....if you get selected then great else you can add your husband's ECA later on and increase your points...
