You know for writing section i asked for extra sheet in task 1... just to write "yours sincerely, Xyz" lol
yes writing is subjective.. if examiner doesn't like your view or has opposite might as well score below 7... who is going to verify we only get to see scores.. ideally detail assessment of each should be provided.

Well, you can always have it remarked.. but then things I have heard of IDP.. I wouldn't be sure that they look at all cases fairly.. but hey, its worth a shot!
