well may be his file was processed last month and now they are giving him nomination under this year's quota.i knw couple of my friend also got call after they run out of quota last year so i think they will nomination this or next week.

But this is totaly unfair..
They said for the rest of year it will be based on industry demand..
Now its 2015... So instead of processing those files they should be back to FIFO..
We are waiting so y not they should also know about waiting..

AINP should just release a news that only engineerin applicants should apply and would be willingly approved. Why are they making people suffer. Isnt it enough that we are being tortured thru endless thinking for a year now that the new year has come they still can't decide wether or not they will give nomination to those who apply earlier last year. Its about time that Ainp release statements explaining how they get to choose there nominees rather than let people going to the same ordeal of endless waiting
