PLEASE REPLY THIS BECAUSE MY QUERY IS NOT BEING ANSWERED AT ANY OTHER FORUM OR THREAD AND IM IN DIRE NEED TO GET ASSISTANCE ON THIS

hello
i applied for Quebec skilled immigration program in april from Karachi Pakistan.coincidentally i was about to turn 36 in April whereas the age limit for applicant is 35.anyways the courier company notified my with receipt that my application was received at BIQ Hong Kong 4 days before i turn 36.but after almost 4 months in august i received a notification from BIQ Hong Kong with acknowledgement of my application with a reference/case number telling me that now my application is in que for review.
now a very obvious and crucial question arises that in august i have obviously crossed my age limit of 35 but according to courier receipt they got my application before i turned 36.so what are the chances of my acceptance or what date of application receipt would the embassy consider?the date on which the courier company handed them my application or the date when they sent me the acknowledgement letter?

hello
i applied for Quebec skilled immigration program in april from Karachi Pakistan.coincidentally i was about to turn 36 in April whereas the age limit for applicant is 35 who told u age limit is 35. after 35 your points go down, so instead of 16 u will get 14 points for your age now .anyways the courier company notified my with receipt that my application was received at BIQ Hong Kong 4 days before i turn 36.but after almost 4 months in august i received a notification from BIQ Hong Kong with acknowledgement of my application with a reference/case number telling me that now my application is in que for review.

Unfortunately they will consider your age from the date of aor.

IF NOT THEN BETTER INCREASE YOUR POINTS WITH OTHER RESOURCES.

COULD U SHARE YOUR DETAIL WITH US SO WE CAN COUNT YOUR POINTS THEN WE CAN HELP YOU TO IMPROVE YOUR POINTS.

hello there..this are our info:

for both of your education u will get 10+12 points so total 22 for education and area of training points and remaining is as follows
me my wife
AGE: 29 16 2716
FRENCH LEVEL: none none
ENGLISH LEVEL: advance 6 intermediate *6
EXPERIENCE: 2 yrs 4 more than 5 yrs8
KIDS: 0 0
COMPLETED NURSING: 2008 2005

Stillhope, what would be our assessment points? You need 57 points to get interview, as per my caluculation you are scoring 57 points without french and your spouse is scoring 61 point more then u becasue she has 2 year more experience then u. You both can apply but my suggestion is better u can apply in your spouse name
in regards to french language, we plan to enroll in french language school this month. yes better take a addmission and attach your admission receipt with your application. we both already have an IELTS. my wife was not prepared when she took the IELTS exam so if she retake the IELTS she can improve her IELTS score no need to take she can give self statement where she can mention that for how long she is learning english and her whole study was in english like that. do you think she needs to retake the english exam? If you thing that her english is good she can score 7 bands from ielts then no need to take exam and what do you suggest we do in our french language? please give us suggestions on how to improve our assesment points. only with learning french and make a baby then u can improve more points

give
last question, what do you mean about us being in the priority process? few occupation they gave priority to finalize the cases and nursing is one of that.
With normal cases they take around 12-18 months to finalize the case but in your case the time will reduce from 6-12 months

thank you for all the help Stillhope, I really appreciate it. TC..

so better don't waste time send your application as soon as possible

hope this info helps u

I just have one thing to clarify, you said we can submit the admission of our enrollment from the french language sch. along w/ our application. does that mean that we can apply already w/out taking a french language exam? is the admission from the french language sch enough to get additional points? im little bit confused. we appreciate your help stillhope. No u will not get any point for that, but with receipt prove that u guys are learning french to settle down in quebec and when u appear in the delf exam and you get your result then send it to the embassy to update your file then they will give u points for your french, so in the mean time receipt of french class is enough to file your case im little bit confused. we appreciate your help stillhope. I have another question for you. both of us are going to enroll to Alliance Française to study and learn french language. My question is, is it ok to just have my wife take the delf exam or TEFAQ exam since she's going to be the principal applicant? or I also need to take the said exam? we are saving money as much as possible. :) thank you for your help.
