I just came back from airport. I was reading the link that Wings showed up, all i can say i am shocked.
The officer gave me his word that this problem will be resolved in a month. And he hold all my important original documents. What a scary think guys.

@ Wings i have bough a Napoleon Cognac in a Duty Free Shop in Vienna. I am in front of my computer drinking and thinking, Damn, how far i was.

I don't know about Manyolo, he had his interview on 14:00.

Lirjan, no stress! He said one month, then one month it is! But in case you dont receive your CSQ in a month, start writing them. Plus if he kept your original college diplomas and work certificates then even better because they are aware that these docs are very important and you need to have them back as soon as possible.
Anyway, tell us, did he calculate your points? was he satisfied with your French knowledge?

i m sure you ll get the CSQ ...in a months time...believe me...!!..one of my freinds in India too had to go through this!!!..since ur original docs are with them!!... rest assured!!...be positive!!

Wings, He had a Desktop computer and he wrote my French points there, he wrote 12 points for my French language. I think that when he told me to wait in the hall he calculated my points in privacy, And than he came with this idea of verifying my diplomas and work books. Another idea that i had is, he don't wanted to know nothing of my plans and my ideas of quickly integration there, he did not asked me even of my friends there and my knowledges for Canada and Quebec. He was too deep with School, University, Work and knowledges of French. What i saw was, when they are asking you for an interview they have not checked deep in your documents, they just calculate the points from the documents that you have declared, but no see them in deep, you know what i mean. He did not know that i have finished the university together with my wife and that we are working in the same company. But i have sent these documents 10 Months ago, all what he has to do, was, just to look at them and he wouldn't be surprised at my interview.

Exactly! Thats what I was thinking today! We applied about 8-10 months ago, so they have all the copies of all original docs and they didnt have 10 mins to take a look at them within those 10 months to briefly see if they might be true or not, even more make a quick phone call to university to check if you both actually studied there so there wouldnt be so many surprises at the interview. People actually spend a lot of money to go and meet the officer for 30 mins just to find out that: "oh. by the way, now I have to check the validity of your documents". So why sending all the supporting docs with the original application?

ANyways, 12 points for French ? Lirjan, your French is excellent! Congrats!

Po me vjen keq lirjan, qe "nuk paska" shku cdo gje mire, megjithate besoj se do rregullohet pasi te ka mbajtur dokumentet dhe kjo gje besoj se eshte gje e mire! Ketej nga ne ne Shkoder dmth sipas juristeve qe merren me aplikimet per dokumentet e atyre qe deshirojne te shkojne ne Kanada, deklarojne se i gjithe procesi nuk zgjat me shume 1 vit!

Hello people! ;D

I just came back from Vienna and I DID IT!!!!!!
I have my CSQ!

I had an interview (~30 minutes) in French and English. I was talking in French for ~15 minutes, then changed it to English.
An older man was talking with me, he is the most kind man I have ever meet. Really, he had all the patience in the world for me!

OK, know I need your help guys... What know? Can I apply on Monday my new application? Or should I wait for some time?

Don't worry man, I'm sure you will be OK. You must be positive!

@ Wings:
Go girl! Just be cool and you will get your CSQ! Only questions I had were about my education, my work experience and my knowledge of the job market in Montreal. That's it! I was stressing myself with the flags of Canada & Quebec, with history, etc., but this is all that matters!

It looks like that you might have been interviewed by the same person as Lirjan.

Could you tell me how you and the VO went through the documents? Did he read entirely everything on the documents (transcripts, job certificates etc)

Did you bring any new documents with you or just the ones that you send with the application?

Did he ask you your job duties in every job?

I am not really afraid of my French, I think I speak pretty well (AF teacher said I'm at least B1) but I am scared that he may not like something in my certificates or something.

In which chair did you sit, on the right or in the left chair. i was in the left and not lucky I am joking.

To good for you buddy, you did it.

I think is the same person that interviewed me. Yes, really he was kindly and good man. I have talked to some applicants from my country that had the interview in the same date like me and they all said that were interviewed by him. All the interviews he did these days are not the same, some last 30 minutes and some 1 hour and 30 minutes, and what i heard his method of asking was not two times the same. Is a strategy.

Can you possibly tell me if how you and your VO went through the documents? Did he check every sinlge one? Did he ask about every sinlge experience?
