I AM FROM LEBANON , I SEND MY FILE ON AUGUST 2010, AND MY FILE WAS PROCEEDED END OF OCTOBER 2010.

I know many iranian whose BIQ is Damascus as I am regularly In touch with them in Persian language...Most of them who have file Number of month of September 2010 either have received request for French Language certificate or interview call. Even I know one of them whose file number is 3rd of October 2010 and his area of study has 6 points and has been called for interview. So I think you should wait for 1 More month to get called for interview or in case you haven't send them the french certificate to send them the certificate.

@ wings. Don't worry, Is not the same case and will not be not the same person.
I realised that the language was more asked and interest for them.
I just wanted to came back with my csq that's why I am sad, but I am not afraid about him checking my documents.
He said me that they have an office in my country and he's going to make them verifyimg my documents.

Lirjan, I totally understand and feel you. It is also my ultimate dream to come back from Vienna on Monday with CSQ in hand.
But don't worry, you will get your CSQ, thats what he said.
Was the interview entirely in French or did you speak any English?
Did he calculate the points for you?
Were there any other people for interview?

yeah, y will u want to use ur B1 result as a dependent while the PA does not/ is not willing to take B1. ur spouse taking A1/A2 as the PA will not favour ur Application as much as using ur B1 as a PA. but then if he can also study and pass B1 let him go ahead. but i doubt if u still av that luxury of time now cos it seems u are ready to start filling out ur form. if u can, make sure all required docs are complete at the time of initial submission so as not to slow down ur timeline

@ angel. The interview last 30 minutes and 70% was in French.
I will give more details after. 6 a clock, now I am in the lubjana airport waiting for my fly.

ok,got it. so french is the main criteria for queec then? I thought more number of years of work experience will help? and that too i am not working for last one year.

Yes, i am already making all the documents ready. will try to send the application in one week. i need to get transcript from my college. also, i need to attest all my documents. once these two things are ready, i can submit the form.
any idea how much approx time it takes for getting interivew call after submitting documents?? i am in new york. so will submit doscuments here in new york itself.i am expecting maximum one year. is this correct?

Wingof...each n every case is individual!..hence dont worry!!..although i know it is not the ideal outcome we all expected for Lirjan..but it is still better than a refusal!!..So lets all be optimistic!!... GOD bless!!

Thank you Shahi! I know what you mean but I just hope his VO will keep his word and his case will be resolved within a month not 8 or whatever like I read in the other post. Anyways, I'm having a glass of wine and relaxing coz I cant take the stress anymore

I just came back from airport. I was reading the link that Wings showed up, all i can say i am shocked.
The officer gave me his word that this problem will be resolved in a month. And he hold all my important original documents. What a scary think guys.

@ Wings i have bough a Napoleon Cognac in a Duty Free Shop in Vienna. I am in front of my computer drinking and thinking, Damn, how far i was.

I don't know about Manyolo, he had his interview on 14:00.

I have been waiting for the AOR for 6 weeks already . How long does it take to get it?
