Hi Guys,
If a student in Quebec who already qualifies QSW score goes for Masters alone & his wife is in India, applies for QSW after 3 month of study(give more points). What will be the processing time for him?

India is 26 months
Quebec is 9 months.
Does anyone is having real experience as I specified here?
