It differs from One BIQ to another as some quoted in this forum. For all the applicants for BIQ honk kong it always take not more than a week excluding the postal time. I have seen mine I posted on mid of september and it reached on september 21st. They posted the AOR back on september 23rd, and I got it on october 2nd or 3rd.

Friends,

I have a question here - do I need to attest my eucational documents or do I need to notarize them? I'm confused here. The website does not seem to mention anything. Or is it enough if I just send all copies without ant attestation or notary sign.

@ Wings

I am on my computer right now and i am drinking a beer and listening some Blues songs. I have not forgot your interview today. You will win and be very lucky and proud of your self, i fill i will win too but just the god wants me to be more prepared this is why is making me wait.
I wish you more than a wish. I found Vienna very attractive place and an experience i will never forget, i slept in the POST HOTEL room 412 where Mozart has slept too, this mean too much for me.
Life has many direction that we will not ever find which is the right, Each step is a destination no matter what we want, the destination will be the same even if we don't like, because is god the master of our lives.

Wish you all the best in your interview.

@ Stillhope,

I am yet to receive an AOR as well. I applied since Dec 3, 2010 to BIQ Paris. My consultant has informed me there is now more pressure on the visa office due to increase demand for QSW. Perhaps this is as a result of the June 26th changes to the FSW. Still hopeful and eargerly awaiting the much desired mail.

To all forum members...

some information got from BIQ Hong Kong....answers are marked in bold...

I am in the preparation for Quebec migration application. I have some
doubts before applying. Right now am single and applying for CSQ and
then to the federal for the plan of settling with PR in Quebec. My
questions are:

1. Suppose If I got my CSQ as a single applicant and then
proceeding to the federal process my status get changed to married. In
this case shall I want to give back my CSQ apply for a new CSQ and then
to the federal part? YES

2. Also If I applied for CSQ as single applicant, but while in
process for CSQ my status changed to married. So whom should I inform to
include my spouse in the CSQ application? Is it possible to include the
spouse on the processing application? Yes, but your file will go back to
the priliminary stage and undergo analysis again.

3. Right now I have a Masters degree in project management
(Distance learning). So will I get points for my Masters degree done in
distance learning?
Please note that without the complete application, transcript of
grades, diplomas, work experience certificates, etc., it is very
difficult for us to tell you how we would evaluate your specific area of
training. Bear in mind that the points for area of training are never
automatically granted. We carefully assess the diplomas and transcripts
of grades submitted, and then determine to what area of training they
correspond the most in Québec. We compare them, among other things, with
the transcripts of grades of the Québec diplomas in the related areas of
training.

4. For a newly married couple any time limit is there for applying
for the CSQ and for the PR process? There is no time limit to apply as a
couple
