To all forum members...
some information got from BIQ Hong Kong....answers are marked in bold...
I am in the preparation for Quebec migration application. I have some
doubts before applying. Right now am single and applying for CSQ and
then to the federal for the plan of settling with PR in Quebec. My
questions are:
1. Suppose If I got my CSQ as a single applicant and then
proceeding to the federal process my status get changed to married. In
this case shall I want to give back my CSQ apply for a new CSQ and then
to the federal part? YES
2. Also If I applied for CSQ as single applicant, but while in
process for CSQ my status changed to married. So whom should I inform to
include my spouse in the CSQ application? Is it possible to include the
spouse on the processing application? Yes, but your file will go back to
the priliminary stage and undergo analysis again.
3. Right now I have a Masters degree in project management
(Distance learning). So will I get points for my Masters degree done in
distance learning?
Please note that without the complete application, transcript of
grades, diplomas, work experience certificates, etc., it is very
difficult for us to tell you how we would evaluate your specific area of
training. Bear in mind that the points for area of training are never
automatically granted. We carefully assess the diplomas and transcripts
of grades submitted, and then determine to what area of training they
correspond the most in Québec. We compare them, among other things, with
the transcripts of grades of the Québec diplomas in the related areas of
training.
4. For a newly married couple any time limit is there for applying
for the CSQ and for the PR process? There is no time limit to apply as a
couple
