Hello Shahi .. my question to you. What was your french level when you sent your initial application. Did you pass any test at that time or were you registered at AF?

@Shazad.. i dont think you should make any changes to the original form...may be attach a cover letter which informs them the new changes and reasons for their change..

@ImmiCA... i was registered with AF in level 5...and had passed A2..so i sent them a letter of DELF completion of 200 hrs at AF and admission into 5 level..

Hi everyone,
I will really appreciate if someone could help me. My sister is currently living in toronto. She landed there last mth. She has not applied for PR card or citizenship yet. Her husband and kids are Canadian citizen. My wife is the main applicant. Does she have to provide documents for proof of relationship in canada? If yes, the problem is that on my family book (B Form in Pakistan), the birth date of my sister is wrongly written. I have no other ways to prove relationship and I have only the photocopies of the canadian citizenship card of my bro in law and nieces.
Regards
Shahzad

Hi immica

give me your mail address so that I could send you some samples question of Delf A2

hi shahi

i hav a query regarding document attestation....................in one form de mention as

"To avoid unnecessary delays, you must provide the original diplomas and transcripts
or copies of these documents certified as true and faithful by the educational institution
you attended or by the competent government educational authorities of the country where
the studies were carried out. "

in that de ask for certified copy of docs from college from where i hav studied bt i hav not cleared with second option....wt does it means by govt. edu. authorities....?

can i attest my doc from oath commissioner or from other govt colleges.....?

suggest me wt 2 do...?

u can see full doc at....http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/evaluation/fiche3.pdf

canadian 85

from which country you are? for the second point i will quote example of my country i.e. Pakistan. we have an Higher education commission which is the part of government and it controls all the universities and some colleges of my country. similarly there will be government departments in your country, so Quebec is giving you options to either get it attested from the respective college/uni. or from the dept controlling that college/uni. i think oath commissioner will be fine, but not other govt colleges.

i hope that clears.

hi angeleye...

thanks for ur reply.......i m from india....
ur means if i attest my docs from oath commissioner that will work.....

well first confirm from that oath commissioner that whether he is authorized of attesting the edu. docs. in my country, notary officer is authorized, may be oath commissioner is the same person, just the difference in terminologies.

you can also look for notary officers which sit outside the courts.

shahi can answer better as he is also from India.
