logically new rules should not applied to old candidates because if any profession who was in 16 points last year and now become zero means eliminate from list.how it is possible as he has already got aor. I think these points are for new applications.I also dropped down to 12 from 16 machining techniques.

i just commented satirically about the quebec immigration system. Is it true that we will be dropped down to 12 point from 16 point that we got at the time of filing application??. if so, it is entirely a fraud system.

I Submitted my application in July 2013 in Montreal, The last letter I received was on November 2014 which was the confirmation of verification of my documents

Since that time i am waiting for them , I got 2 questions from you guys:

Does all applicants get the letter of "waiting list" for interview or it might be possible that in some cases they forward the application to the next step without any notice?

Also based on your experiences, do they only communicate (email ) only on mondays & fridays ? that s the thing which had always happened for me, i want to know if it is the same for you guys

Yes i was required to send come documents for them in September 2014 which i did by October 2014 and i received the verification of documents letter in first week of November 2014 .

That was the last letter which i received and it was generally explaining that they have examined my filed and they need to do further examine based on selection categories and they will let me know whenever the
processing is completed.

jasvir ji tusi tax da ki proof ditta ey....what proof you submitted regarding tax ......was the tax acknowledgement signed? in my case there is no signature only stamp, it had stamp only....in what language it was stamped do we need to translate the stamp also......my itr v has stamp , receipt no. four digit , barcoded but no signature...

I submitted itr with stamp in English.

I have also not heard from them since then,
From my observation here,
I noticed that 50% of people that got this email were given csq
while others were invited for an interview within 6months,
The wait continues...

I have also not heard from them since then,
From my observation here,

From my research on this, they have doubt on one or more documents (mostly diploma from outside Canada) so they verify from the universities or document issuer about its authenticity. Obviously this verification takes time because we know that universities and colleges in developing countries are not fast at all for these inquiries. so just wait for 2-6 months.

What are they verifying?
Are you saying that they not done that for the past 36 months?
What were they doing all these while?
We don't have a choice than to wait

He should go for federal without intimating them??

Further, my question is, what documents required if he intimate them about the change in status?

Any valuable sugesstion please?

from my point of view you should inform them and they will send csq by post ,but if you apply as single then latter on it will b difult to call your spouse

but ask from other also ,this is what i thought
