four months already finished from the day i sent my federal application after getting CSQ , and no news from their side unless they debit my CC on the 5th of Dec.

i just advice them to change the name of the program from immigration to waiting process.

hi everybody i filed a manual paper return of last two financial years through CA and obtained itr v manual stamped

i have two questions regarding itr v manual copy

the stamp of income tax department is in hindi , it is blue colored


there is a four digit receipt no. stamped on the itr v
should i get the stamp translated and notarised what is the procedure for that

also there is no signature of any income tax official on the acknowledgement, CA says income tax dept in india does not sign the itr v it only stamps it and puts a receipt no. which is also stamped

the itr v is barcoded

please help and guide regarding the stamp in hindi and missing signature of Income tax official

anyone else in india who obtained itr v with stamp in hindi or no signature of official on the itr v how did he resolve these two issues

I did't submit my french Language result , only submit IELTS with 5 band.
Is there any chance for interview? Is it required french Language?
Is there any chance for refusal ?
How long take time for get CSQ?

The processing depends on which country or region you are applying from. It might take up to 3 years. People are all waiting here, welcome!

Interview is based on your total points, so please study the point system.. Yes there is a possibility they will require a French test result later, and yes there is plenty of room for refusal if documents you provided do not live up to their requirements.

I think it should be for their April 2015 and not for old applicants.

No ...it clearly states it comes into effect on January 26th 2015 onwards.It is totally unfair am screwed up..I am losing 4 points ..Hope they do not need previous applicants ,but just their application fees then reject them on the basis of points...I never lost hope in Quebec from 2012 ,now this they put me down...Can we protest against this?

I'm in the same boat as you. I sent my application for federal stage for quebec skilled worker back in November 2014 and still havent received AOR. I'm starting to worry that the office didn't receive my application as there's no way I can track from the post office if the envelope reached its destination. I also tried to track my application from the cic website but it's coming up negative. My application is meant to be processed at the London office, I've tried to contact them but without any luck so far.

This is really painful,
Though I got more 6points but I'm feeling for my friends here...
