No ...it clearly states it comes into effect on January 26th 2015 onwards.It is totally unfair am screwed up..I am losing 4 points ..Hope they do not need previous applicants ,but just their application fees then reject them on the basis of points...I never lost hope in Quebec from 2012 ,now this they put me down...Can we protest against this?

How can you lost 4 point? your case will be assessed on the point system and AOT at the time when you applied for. If the point earned earlier, changes time to time according to the AOT coming years, on one can trust Quebec Immigration system. If so, i will withdraw my files. it is totally absurd ...

The link says the rules applies from January 2015 but no new applications are accepted so who does this rule apply to...It applies to us the previous applicants.But still I did not get a clear picture of it as new applications are accepted from March 2015.Nursing gave us 16 points earlier ,now its dropped down to 12...

hi everybody i filed a manual paper return of last two financial years through CA and obtained itr v manual stamped

i have two questions regarding itr v manual copy

the stamp of income tax department is in hindi , it is blue colored


there is a four digit receipt no. stamped on the itr v
should i get the stamp translated and notarised what is the procedure for that

also there is no signature of any income tax official on the acknowledgement, CA says income tax dept in india does not sign the itr v it only stamps it and puts a receipt no. which is also stamped

the itr v is barcoded

please help and guide regarding the stamp in hindi and missing signature of Income tax official

anyone else in india who obtained itr v with stamp in hindi or no signature of official on the itr v how did he resolve these two issues

yesterday , i call the quebec immigration office and i check my status they told me you have to wait and the new rule it will apply for you ( point system ) my training area it was 16 not become 12 point , i think they want people to increase them point by studying frensh and when your turn come you have atleast basic level , moreover . they are delay process

don,t be happy....bcos if they will increase point for IT field in this year(16), they will down the point next year (12).. this is quebec immigration policy. "today happy next day unhappy"

logically new rules should not applied to old candidates because if any profession who was in 16 points last year and now become zero means eliminate from list.how it is possible as he has already got aor. I think these points are for new applications.I also dropped down to 12 from 16 machining techniques.
