I think this is only requested by BIQ HK. They have asked for a photocopy of the the Federal Application (IMM0008)

yes it should be signed and dated but before that don't forget to press the validate button on the form and to generate the bar code.

Ha, then if it is an application which you have to fill with any details then it should be signed if there is a place where it is asked for you signature, if there is no such stating then you don't have to sign.

Regards

Thanks Guys,

So i'll date it to the current date then?

I have a problem validating the form fReSco. My National Identity Document doesn't have an expiration date and I can't leave it blank. What should I do?

The form should be validated as it will generate bar codes. And using bar codes they will add your IM0008 form into the system. Are you talking about yoru Passport or your ID card? Think about adding some date after 5 or ten years

Why don't u use your passport number ? And if you r obliged to use your ID no then just put NA in the pralce of expiration date

I've a doubt

Why people whoever after landing Quebec are stopping only with their landing experience.. :o .. Its shocking...

Cuz from the first post nobody has shared their experience in Quebec after a month or two.. If anybody can give your experience it eventually motivates other applicants like me... :)

Just a curiosity...

Agreed. But I assume that they have a lot of real life issues to face. While settling down, adapting a new environment It might be a little difficult for them. And I believe that they are justified for that.

Though, It would be great if we hear from them and learn from their experience.
Everyone would be a little curious to know how life is treating them in Quebec on the price of Quality life?
All the very best for your efforts making a good life out there.

We are all curious about their after landing experience but we all know that it is a new life that begins for them so they have lots of things to do. Settling down, finding a good place to live, finding a job, facing the lack of family and friend so I think that it is a little bit difficult for them.

Good luck to all of them who have managed to start their new life in Quebec.

@Fresco @geribubaboy

I totally accept to the fact.. I also wanted them to have better life and I wanted to hear the same from them cuz they deserve it...

I just vent out my curiosity.... :)

All the very best for the all the APPLICANTS... Meet you in Quebec.. :)

Hi Everyone,

I have one question for all the experienced person, I have started A1 level just a month back and I am applying for Quebec Immigration next week, Can I show on form A2 level in French. I am sure I will be able to complete that before my interview but I have fee receipt for only A1 right now. So will visa officer grants points for A2 without any document proof?

Please answer me soon.
Thanks in Advance....

No. You can't do that.I am sure I will be able to complete that before my interview What you are sure about being able to achieve is different from what you show them when you start the application process.but I have fee receipt for only A1 right nowYou should send them the receipt of your A1 registration. So will visa officer grants points for A2 without any document proof? They never do that.

In my opinion if you don't reach the points with an A1 French level you should try to finish the A2 before starting the process because as far as I am informed the rules have changed for the QSW program. They (I am not 100 % sure about that) will not accept applications without any French test results. So before sending the application you have to get the information about this issue.

Good Luck

Please answer me soon.

I am afraid that if i will still wait for 6 months then may till that rules changes and they ask for more points or something new then I will be in trouble. So want to put file now. And I have heard that still they do not ask for certification at the time of filling...this rules are going to apply from December...
Please advice...
