Thanks for the reply. Just wanted to know the processing times. I have few questions here. right now I am in Quebec working on work permit. what happens if I loose my job ? and I do not get my PR in time? I came to know that I am not allowed to work with the exiting work visa. do I have to go back to my country ?

thanks in advance

I would be glad to help you in that but I can't. The most experienced here can and will help you in that.

Good luck.

P.s : In my previous quote I wanted to state that it is more than 10 months that I am waiting for MR.

As per my knowledge Yes u r not allowed to do work unless u can find another employer who will apply another work permit for you or u can stay in canada for few time period like one month only on that case if u lose your job but your visa is still left for more then one monthafter losing your job and to find new employer. After certain time period if u unable to find new employer then u have to go back to your country. it is not like that u lost your job today and tomorrow u have to go back to your country

thanks in advance

Hello Seniors,
I wanna ask about the application as Accompanying spouse

Are persons names written capital letter case for all letters?

What for telephone numbers and fax for work as she does not work now? and the other(specify) ? should it left blank or write N/A?

Question 4. Family members who may or may not be accompanying you in Québec , should write the name of main applicant the name of child ? or no need because its mentioned in the main applicant application??

hello again...just curious to know if someone would be able to advise me on my case...i'm currently here in montreal as a live in caregiver for 6 months already but when I read about the QSW, I became interested since the processing time is quickier and sponsoring dependant is much quickier than completing live in caregiver program for 24months first before applying for PR which could take to 4 years...I do want advise if you could think I could apply to QSW? I finished Bachelor's degree in Nursing and has more than 4 years experience full time in total in philippines and United kingdom. Although I have english examination and with regards to french I am planning to start learning about it. I'm 28 years old, married but no kids, my spouse is bachelor's degree and working as well in philippines. Hoping somebody could advise me if it's a good idea for me to apply QSW even im in a live in caregiver program. thanks so much...:)

Thank you so much STILLHOPE,
so the name must just begin with capital letter, because i have heard that in French they write names in capital case like "BACHAR" not "Bachar"?

another thing as my BIQ is HK, they need IMM008 form, can i ask about this form in this topic?? or there is a special topic for this??
