so the name must just begin with capital letter, because i have heard that in French they write names in capital case like "BACHAR" not "Bachar"? yes this is fineanother thing as my BIQ is HK, they need IMM008 form, can i ask about this form in this topic?? or there is a special topic for this yes u can ask here its not big deal ??

hi everyone i am new on this forum . as i am looking to apply for QSW so i want to know if to get the CSQ, interview would be must or would it be on luck if your french is very good and your area of training in demand and you r scoring 55 point if u r unmarried or 63 point if u r married without adaptability points then u will get your csq direct in your post without interview otherwise u can expect your interview. i would also like to know if i have to submit any proof of French knowledge such as we give IELTS for English to claim points in french u have to give exam in french.

these questions for IMM0008 form

Should the main applicant and the accompanying spouse fill the form, or one form for the whole family?

In the IMM008 form, National Identity Document section, they ask for an expiry date, but in my country ID has no expiry date, and i cant leave it blank or write anything but a date, what's your advise for this?

My daughter is less than 6 months old, and they need a number of years of education? can i write 0?

Hi All,
I am planning to apply for QSW. I have started organising all the relevant documents except TEF. Currently I'm enrolling in an intensive French Class and plan to take TEFaq by January or February 2012. right after I get TEFaq certificate, I'll send my application for immigration process. By late March 2012, I'l be 37 years old. My question is: if i send my application by February or early march 2012, can I claim 14 points (CMIIW) for my age (36 yrs old), or I only can get 12 points becase the AOR is April or Mei 2012. So what is the cut off for my age point? is it AOR?

How should the Accompanying spouse answer quetion 18 Have you completed a Preliminary Evaluation for Immigration (PEI) before filling out this DCS

and what about the spaces in question 18?? should these filled with N/A??
