@ Lev,
i have just one word for u...... do it right.
u av entered a legal contract, and ignorance is not an excuse.
rather than ruining the chance for ur dependants to come join you, why not preserve this chance by allowing ur dependants to apply excluding u. by they filing their application, u will be able to contribute to their points cos they will state in the form that their mon/dad/ as the case may be is liing in Quebec...
the live in care giver class gave u a super fast entry into canada and when u are now there u want to ditch that stream that had brought u in... i also will like for u to bear at the back of ur mind that all CSQ applicants must necessarily sign a document titled: Declaration of intent to Reside in Quebec.... with all thse if u should apply, u might just give urself away as someone who cannot honour a contract... which might not be good for either u or ur dependant.
while filing the DCS form, u will be asked ur current place of residence, what do u intend to put there? that u are in Philipines? of cos not. u ll state ur are in Montreal..... now the next thing will b for u to prove to them that u are a legal residence of canada hence ur prove ll give u away as a live-in care giver..... they will check the daates and voila, case dismissed....
i will suggest that
1) u continue serving ur 2yrs contract while u allow ur drependants to apply on their own
2) send a mail to BIQ-Montreal and ask for their opinion if u can apply..... it is well
