mine took 18 months
but mine applied long ago, now its faster depends how lucky you are,

it's keep taking too much time, i applied since Oct 2013 and minimum i need 15 months to get the certificate.

as per th eprocessing time end of January all applications number equal or less than 5,744,999 they normally should receive their certificate of equivalence.
my application number is 5,979,xyz so the difference is 234,000 applications.
every one month they are finishing 13,000
so they need 16 months minimum to provide me with the certificate.

but I think cherif his profession is nurse, must study 12 to 18 months then sit for exams, I think in French language. so don't send your degree

the order of nurses there requests the evaluation.. it is matter of one month training thats it, then i can work in my profession, no need for french exam because i am french educated

he is earning more than you and me in Lebanon, and he owns business, cant delay his business to wait Canada to give him visa.

you will feel this soon, when you wait one year and no meds, and when you wait after meds 1 year and no visa, and when your meds expire and your asked for another meds

you cant blame them at all,, these people applied for federal since 3+ years back. I completed 8 months waiting for meds and I can feel what they feel

Plus, I don't think cancellation is possible while the file is in process. It's possible before it becomes in process or after the decision has been made.

going to canada is never about collecting more money, in lebanon no matter how much one makes money he cant buy his security, his family safety, he cant buy happiness while people are being bullied and dying every day around and finaly money alone wont provide a good future with no stability!

I have a question concerning the visa fees (490$ CAD), did anyone tried to pay it using the CIC online method and got refused by Bucharest? the issue is that I paid it using the online method since October and I still didn't get any response from Bucharest about if it's accepted or not. However, my friend has sent his file just a week ago and yesterday he got a reply from Bucharest that he needs to change the payment method as the online method is not accepted in Bucharest VO.

any idea? please help.

Btwn its the best place to live, if you own business, no rules no law NO PARKING/hour
you know in Montreal DT if you reach b4 7am you pay 11$/day after 7 you pay 14$ , we are still nagging in uae

first point,, you will invite us all to your wedding,, so you must wait us to get visas.

I will share story about regreting, my grand mother and father's family are all australians nationality, but my father was in gulf and refused to move to australia, even in 1988 my aunt sent for him application just to submit to embassy her refused.
Today he regrets it, cant go any place when my parents visited us to UAE they waited 1 month to get visit visa (security check)

second point, in 2003 i had the immigration visa to australia and i prefered to stay in dubai, it was a very big mistake and i really regret it.

therefore, ill never give up even if Ill wait 5 years for visa

i have many friends from uae immgrated to canada, and landed, some were federal and moved to montreal and some were quebec and moved to federal.

they advice me to save money because once i move to canada i cant save 1 cent
